I’m so glad we chose to stay at the Kauaʻi Inn. With its rich history and old-Hawaiʻi charm, it gave us a much more authentic Hawaiian experience than staying at one of the big-name hotels. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by two nights because of the hurricane, and Phil went above and beyond to help us and accommodate the changes. We’re so grateful for his kindness and hospitality during an already stressful situation. Thank you, Kauaʻi Inn, for making our stay so special. 🌺 We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine, welcoming, and historic Kauaʻi experience!

Post hurricane Lowell we could not have been in a better place. The staff were amazing and made our stay very comfortable.

This is located in a private neighbourhood with private security etc, looked like rental properties or timeshares, well maintained and looks very nice but not quite the vibe we were looking for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a washer and dryer which was appreciated. No AC but many fans. Grocery store and restaurants located a short drive away at the entrance to the private neighbourhood for provisions.

Loved the property and the stay, except the drinks. The drinks were very poor quality. However, upon completion of our stay we discovered that our 7 night stay was ineligible for Grand Hyatt Rewards. We received a very limited number of points we spent. We spend thousands of dollars on a dream vacation and received virtually nothing through the reward program. Very disappointed with our World of Hyatt experience.
